Requirements:

- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **Proven experience as an HR Administrator with a focus on finance and general administration tasks.**:

- **Familiarity with financial software and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).**:

- **Strong analytical and numerical skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

Responsibility:

- **Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless integration between HR and financial processes.**:

- **Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to human resources activities.**:

- **Handle employee expense reports and reimbursements.**:

- **Manage general administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.**:

- **Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, if necessary.**:

- **Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.**:

- **Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.**:

- **Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.**
