Persyaratan
- S-1 in any discipline, preferably in Law or Psychology
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Human Resources, of which 5 years at senior level
- Experience in manufacturing environment with large number of employees
- Excellent knowledge in HR policies & procedures, industrial relations and Indonesian Manpower Law
- Good rapport with Labour unions and Government personnel
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
- Conversant with PC

Tanggung Jawab
1. To recruit, transfer, promote and terminate employees in order to provide a right number of employees with the right qualifications.

2. To review employees' performance evaluation and develop employees' skill together with respective Department Heads for career development planning and support company's operation.

3. To plan and manage training programs in order to develop employees' knowledge and skill to support their career plans.

4. To direct and manage personnel administration and payroll related activities: effectively, timely, accurately and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

5. To create a favorable working atmosphere by developing good communication with employees, internal union, and all outsource personnel.
