**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources & General Affairs position. As the HR & GA Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of human resources and general affairs within the company. You will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, as well as overseeing general administrative tasks related to office management.

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

**Responsibilities**

**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

**Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

**Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees as necessary.

**General Affairs**:

- Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
