**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all core HR departmental areas, from HR strategy, compensation and benefit, recruitment and talent program, and maintaining and improving HR-related systems.
- Manage Employee program from talent search & planning, recruitment, on-boarding, performance review, to off-boarding process.
- Manage allocation of HR & GA budgets employee GA, office GA
- Manage and execute procurement process to help business from sourcing the vendors, review and pitching process, contract, and off-boarding.
- Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programs are well planned, coordinated, relevant, timely and adhere to the company's values.
- Having broad knowledge on compliance and workforce legal regulations in Indonesia (Including local professional standards, policies and regulations) to ensure employment law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development are applied.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 8 years in HR and GA role preferably in a fast-paced environment in tech/internet/ecommerce.
- Strong execution skills and strategic mindset for HR. Familiarity with recruitment process, compensation benefit, HR systems & regulations.

- Organized, detailed
- and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Must be able to work independently. Strong work professionalism and collaboration to work remote with local team members
