Hr Generalist & General Affair

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection process

2. Managing HR-related administration

3. Create programs for implementing company culture and to maintain team engagement

4. Provide general support to all team members

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree in Psychology

2. Experience as HR Generalist is preferred

3. Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill

4. Good communication skill and preferably a people person

5. Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta

**Salary**: Rp2,400,000 - Rp2,800,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Yogyakarta (preferred)
