Your Position with Us
The HR Generalist provides human resources services in one or more of the following functions: talent acquisition & talent management, compensation & benefits, payroll, staff development and training, employee relations.
Essential Functions
The HR Generalist leads the recruitment in their respective business area, assisting the employer branding and conducting new hires onboarding. They coordinate the learning and development initiatives and programs, employee engagement activitivies including supporting the annual people survey iniatiatives and action plans; and provide support to HR Director in the area of performance management. They administer the compensation and benefits, do HR data analysis, administering and maintaining HR systems & database, programs, procedures and plans according to HR policies to include renewal of company regulation and e nsure compliance with labor regulations. They provide assistance to respective business area on various HR-related issues, including supporting HR Director on employee relations. They promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflic free workplace.
Responsibilities & Scope
- YKAN may, from time to time, assign the Employee to another location(s) in accordance with the requirements of the Employee's job description and/or YKAN's operational needs. The Employee agrees to work in such other work location(s) in Indonesia.

- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2-3 years HR related work experience.
- Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement activities, compensation & benefits, database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems(Peoplesoft, Workday), ATS and analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written. Excellent writing & designing skill in business correspondence, reports, PPT, Canva and other editing tool (eg. Adobe).
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
- Solid knowledge of HR cycles, such as attracting, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, database management, and spreadsheet software, with ability to construct and produce reports, data input, manipulation, and analysis. While basic experience in performance management and learning & development will be value added.
- Broad understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Strong data-analytics skill.
- Ability in managing multiple projects/assignments while meeting tight deadlines.
