Hr Generalist

**Job overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing employee events and employer branding
- Recruitment and Dismissal: preparing and posting job ads, selecting, interviewing, onboarding, preparing all the necessary documents, onboarding, orientation, training, exit interviews
- Partnership and Events: Maintaining and constantly searching for new possibilities of cooperation with colleges, universities, and other institutions, keeping and updating the database of job fairs and other HR-related events
- Training, development, performance monitoring: KPIs, monthly, quarterly and yearly evaluation of Employees
- Administrative tasks
- Attending employer expos and other similar activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Management/Business
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position in HR
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor code, laws, practices, and government regulations
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
- Team player, fast learner
- Trustworthy person with good ethical judgment
- Readiness to work in Jakarta
