**Job Title: HR Generalist**
**Department: Human Resources (HR)**
**Reports to: General Manager, Overseas HRBP**
**Job Summary**:
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent by overseeing all aspects of HR management. This encompasses talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategically allocate and manage the HR budget and resources to align with business requirements.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that synergize with business objectives, driving organizational growth.
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive recruitment processes, including interviews, interview scheduling, and reference checks, adhering to company guidelines.
- Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services to effectively attract and retain exceptional individuals.
- Formulate and execute performance management initiatives that harmonize with business targets, encompassing regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage various employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure full compliance with HR regulations, labor laws, and risk management protocols.
- Develop and deploy impactful training and development programs catering to both business needs and employee growth.
- Establish and manage HR metrics and analytics to quantify the efficacy of HR programs and undertakings.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to cultivate a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and continuous enhancement.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, and English language skills are preferable.
Exceptional communication and execution abilities, fostering rapport and exerting influence across all organizational tiers.
In-depth familiarity with HR best practices, encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Robust analytical capabilities, utilizing data to steer informed decision-making.
Adeptness at thriving within a dynamic, high-pressure environment characterized by numerous priorities and deadlines.
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a Chinese-originated company.
