**Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team immediately. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in recruitment activities and HR administration within our organization.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and assist in the onboarding process.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees as needed.
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Provide support to other HR functions as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
