Hr & Legal Staff

Brief Requirements:

- Min Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/Law/Psychology
- Good Communication, Good Analytical Thinking, Good Negotiation, Agile, Multi-tasking, Target Oriented and Fast Learner
- Has experienced in HR (Recruitment, Personnel Management) and Legal Permits, Contract Agreements, etc
- Understanding OSS System, SIPP, EDABU & HRIS
- Able to communicate with third party/external institution for handling permits process.
- Assist and Liaise with HR Manager to implement company culture, SOP, Job Description and KPI/OKR
- Placement in Bekasi
