As the HR Manager at Emtrade, you will be a key player in leading all human resources practices and processes to support our rapidly growing organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Emtrade maintains an efficient, productive, and positively oriented workplace, consistent with our organizational values of service excellence, leadership, proactivity, trustworthiness, growth, and practicality.
**Key Responsibilities**
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement efficient and effective HR systems including company policies, organizational structures, compensation and benefits, KPIs, monitoring, and training programs.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives that support the company's growth and enhance organizational capabilities.
Performance and Talent Management:
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure it is quick, efficient, and effective, attracting top talent.
- Oversee comprehensive employee development programs that foster career progression and skill enhancement.
Leadership and Coaching:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the HR team, promoting an open-minded and inclusive culture.
- Utilize excellent communication and coaching skills to guide, motivate, and develop employees, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Employee Relations:
- Handle difficult conversations and employee relations issues smoothly, ensuring resolutions that are beneficial for both employees and the company.
**Requirements**:
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the education, online learning, tech industry, or companies with 100+ employees.
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to build and manage effective and efficient HR systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and complex HR issues.
