Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree.

Business level English.

S trong knowledge about Indonesian labor law/regulation/Omnibus law etc.

More than 10 years HR experience in big company (old established company) with experience as Manager.

Working experience in Japanese company and report to Japanese.

Preferably has stable career.

**Re-organize structure**:
Manage and arrange internal organization structure.
Depending on evaluation, sometimes need to ask for resign.
Consult to tenant regarding Indonesian labor law/regulation/Omnibus law etc.

Reporting to management (not as messenger, need to think and act themselves)

Become bridge person between Japanese Manager and employee.
