JOB REQUIREMENT

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Having 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources Business
- Partner or Organizational Development is highly preferred.
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
- Intermediate skills in Ms. Excell (at least fluent in using Vlookup and Pivot).
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure and has a strong drive to meet tight deadlines.
