Hr Specialist

1. Responsible for the implementation of localized staff recruitment in the representative office, and signing employment agreements with foreign employees.

3. Responsible for the employment and withdrawal of the representative office staff.

4. Responsible for the daily management of the representative office staff.

5. Responsible for the management of salary and benefits of the representative office staff.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

**Qualification Requirement**

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. With two years or more experience in personnel administration and other related work, with professional certification personnel preferred.

4. Familiar with local labor laws and other laws and regulations in Indonesia.

5. Mastering Indonesian and English, familiar with Chinese is preferred.

6. Have good communication skills, abide by work norms, proactively complete the job, have a sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility and have a collaborative spirit.

**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Jakarta (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
