Hr Staff (Brand Momelca)

Details of the offer

Handling end to end recruitment process (Job posting, screening, individual test, interview, offering/rejecting, onboarding)
- Preparing HR Documents
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employement and status-change data by HRIS system
- Handling administration for Performance Potential Evaluation (PPE)
- Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports
- Handling all General Affair matters (restocking medicine, office stationer, etc)
- Plan and organize employee's activities to encourage employee engagement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor' Degree of any major
- Have minimum of 1 year proven experience as HRGA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Initiative person
- Have the ability to coordinate in a team in terms of executing ideas.
