1) Handling correspondences with local and overseas clients

2) Maintaining confidential files and other material, essential to user duties, ensuring every file are properly marked and accessible

3) Do documentation document corporate

4) support HR activity in general

Requirement:
1. Female / Male

2. Age range in 22 - 26

3. High School education is OK, preper Bachelor

4. Strong in Japanese both oral and written is a must (min JLPT N2)

5. Can speak English is Preferable

6. Good communication skills, fast response, energetic and self-driven

7. Good in office management and attention to detail

Pay: Up to Rp9,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Language**:

- Japanese JLPT N2 Level (required)

License/Certification:

- JLPT N2 certification (required)
