**HR Services **- provides HR services in compliant to the company's HR policies and the Labour Law:

- Manage data overtime
- Ensuring on time and effective Payroll Management
- Facilitate employment benefits claims
- Ensure updated employee records through proper administration
- Establish and implement an employee engagement program
- BPJS
- Develop and manage the HRIS system

**Remuneration Management **- regularly monitor the remuneration market trend, adjust and implement competitive remuneration strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field required.
- Good understanding of the HR end to end business processes
- At least 3 years of HR Supervisory role
- Have an experience in developing HRIS system
- Assertive
- Effective communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Holder a BNSP certification is preferred
