REQUIREMENTS:

- At least a Degree/S1 in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in human resource;
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills to liaise with different levels of staff;
- Able to work independently with low supervision;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi task while maintaining high level of accuracy
- Can Join ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist HOD on all human resource activities including employment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitments, insurance, Manpower Planning, training and development;
- Manage the HRIS and maintain up-to-date data entries including updating of staff records, onboarding, administration of leave, offboarding, termination, etc;
- Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources;
- Prepare on all HR-related letters;
- Responsible in coordinating and scheduling of new employee inductions
- Administer and monitor performance management processes.
- Willing to make visits to all company locations
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta & Bekasi

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Upah: Rp6.000.000 - Rp8.000.000 per bulan


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
