A unique job opportunity has become available at a growing e-commerce company that is currently looking for two HRBP Operations to be placed in South Jakarta and Sentul, Bogor. If you are someone with at least five years of experience in a business partner role in a distribution, supply-chain, logistic-related companies, who used to deal with blue collars, this is the next role for you.
About the HRBP Operations Role:
This HRBP Operations role will support specific HR functions, working closely with management and employees on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organisational development and more. The ideal candidate is one who is interested in making a significant impact in one of the most valued and visible groups in the company and excels in a fast-paced, high engagement environment with an extraordinary desire to innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business

Offer thought leadership regarding organisational and people related strategy and execution

Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the organisation on HR issues

Educate, coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals

Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organisational development

Participate in the continual development of HR programmes, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D

Collaborate with HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results

To succeed on this HRBP Operations role, you will be on the front line working closely with managers and directors to be able to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice with respect to employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organisational development, training and more.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role

Successful experience as an HR leader in a 500+ employee company aligned to an engineering or product client group

A deep knowledge of HR programmes and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations

Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.

Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience

Ability to multitask and be highly organised

Consistently approaches work with a positive and constructive attitude

Ability to work effectively with others

Demonstrated openness; responds positively to feedback
