Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - Psychology/Law/Management
- Having experience min. 7 years in the same fields
- Having experience on workflow of the HR and GA department
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Ability to handle HR-related issues with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good personality, self-motivated, hard worker & able to work in a team
Responsibilites:
- Oversee the daily workflow of the HR and GA department.
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy relating to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, GA team, management, and other employees when new, complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial and professional roles.
- Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations, performance management and provide feedback for the employee's growth (end and KPI and OKR process).
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for employees.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesia's employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law
- Initiate, drive and facilitate the best fit Employee Benefit Programs, Job Professionalism Developments, and Career Pathing to create opportunities for talents.
