Details of the offer

Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent, including both office employees and retail store employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, across all employee groups.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities across different employee groups.
- Identify learning needs, develop training plans, and facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Partner with global HR teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs for employees.
- Conduct benchmarking studies, manage salary reviews, and oversee benefits administration for all employee groups.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all employee groups.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and proactively address compliance issues for both office employees and retail store employees
- Oversee day-today HR operations, including payroll, HRIS management, and administration, for both office employees and retail store employees.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all employee groups.

**Requirements**:

- Pendidikan S1, Jurusan Psikologi/Hukum/SDM/Management Bisnis
- Usia 28-35 tahun
- Berpengalaman di bidang HRD min 3-4 tahun
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership & komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
- Menguasai pekerjaan HRD Departement secara menyeluruh

Pay: Rp700,000,000 - Rp1,400,000,000 per month
