JOB DESCRIPTION

Employee Status : PKWT
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee documentation, including employment contracts, agreements, and other important records.
- Update and maintain employee data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Handle administration of attendance, leave, and etc.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed, including filing and record-keeping.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports, including attendance data, absenteeism, and employee statistics.
- Ensure that all documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure that all administrative processes comply with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage and update compliance documentation and procedures related to HRGA.
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within HR or general administration.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with administrative software and HRIS is a plus.
- Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor regulations is an advantage.
