Madael Prima Sejahtera Indonesia: Keterangan Lengkap**Persyaratan**- Age 35 max.- Bachelor of Law or Psychology.- Fluent in English both Oral and Written.- Capable to lead, manager, direct and organize team for excellent performance- Have in-depth knowledge of regulatory manpower- Knowledge of the development and implementing HR Policies and Procedures- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce- Excellent time management, problem-prevention and problem solving skills- Work accurately with close attention to detail Have excellent communication skill and able to develop close relation with the other internal or external parties- Have experiences min 5 years across all HR Disciplines Experience working with diverse workforce- Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior- Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**- Identify, design and implement good HR Management Practice, starting from recruitment, placement, training & development, performance evaluation, career planning and job advancement.- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance of employment law and regulation.- Develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies and Procedure.- Monitor and review the performance appraisal system on Key Performance Indicators.- Create the training structure, administer the evaluation of all training and development activities; Develop and maintain an effective partnership with Bipartite.
