Hrga Spv Or Assistant Manager Level

**Job Description**:
Mainly handle HRGA job, such as company policy & regulation, manpower planning & plotting strategy, employee development (training etc), employee performance evaluation, contract review, etc
- Create HRGA report
- Correspond with agency for Japanese expatriate permits and legal documents, Payroll, etc
- Correspond with other 3rd parties, such as Disnaker, etc
- Control and evaluate subordinate work, including accounting
- Correspond when there is Audit

Requirement:

- Male, 35-43 years old (more mature is preferred)
- Education min. SMA/SMK
- Well experienced in HRGA Dept. at Automotive Mfg PMA Japan
- Experience in handling all HRGA job and create HRGA report
- Experience in K3 Safety & GA work, will be advantage
- Can communicate well in Japanese equivalent to JLPT N3 (MUST)
- Strong leadership and management skill

Pay: Up to Rp1,500,000,000 per month

- SMA/SMU/SMK (required)

**Experience**:

- HRGA job at Japanese Automotive MFG: 5 years (required)
- Correspond with other 3rd parties, such as Disnaker,: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Japanese JLPT N3 Level or more (required)
