**Our client is looking for a Human resource and General Affairs Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Responsible for all general affairs task in the company.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business, or related area
- 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- **Have experience working in Manufacturing industry is a great advantage**:

- A disciplined person and great with details
- Ready to join immediately

Pay: Up to Rp10,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cikarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
