Job Description Policy Development and Implementation:Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.Compliance Monitoring:Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and company policies.Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.Training and Education:Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, including new hire orientations and ongoing safety training.Ensure that employees are aware of and understand safety procedures and emergency response protocols.Requirement Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.Min. 5 years experiences in upstream oil & gas companyExperiences in CHSEMS assessment/verification.Relevant certifications such as Ahli K3 MIGAS, T-BOSIETStrong knowledge of ISO-45001 (standard of HSE Management System) and ISO14001 (standard of Environment Management System)
