HR Analyst**Job Description**:1. Aggregating HR data, maintaining high quality data and analyzing data for assisting HR Head2. Developing Performance Appraisal3. Support Head of HR in facilitating various improvement initiative of Departments in the organization.4. Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives5. Contributing to the development of HR dept goals, objective and systemsQualification:1. Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Psychology or related fields (GPA minimum 3.00)2. Min 3 years experience3. Understand the business orientation and organizations4. Understanding in HR Business Processes and/or employee development function5. Strong analytical skills, critical thinkers, attention to details,.6.
