Human Resources Development Officer

Manage end to end recruitment process (preparing, screening, sourcing, selecting, hiring, onboarding)

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees and conduct new employee orientation

Assist in coordinating employee training & development programs held by internal or external parties

Maintaining as well recruitment and training dashboard

Evaluate the effectiveness of progress report for recruitment and training fulfillment

Handle HR administrative duties

Establish a warm relationship with all employees
Min. bachelor degree of Psychology or related major

Min. 1 year experienced as a Human Resources, fresh graduate are welcome

Having good communication and administration skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)

Preferably fluent in English both writen and verbal

Organized, detail oriented and good analytical thinking
