Human Resources General Affair (Hrga)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HRGA to join our team through our company based in Yogyakarta. with the description below:

- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization.
- You will play a role in all activities from recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary, counseling, performance management, poeple development, employee relation, offboarding, Compensation & Benefit.
- This role also requires implement & monitoring HR Initiatives skill to improve morale & quality of work and thorough HR policies until procedures align with business objectives and company culture.
- Creative and innovative, through creative strategies, and execute on sourcing variety strategies
- A strong understanding of the Human Resources
- Utilize data to improve development
- Stay abreast of relevant news in the tech industry

Requirement
- Min 1 years experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent team player. Hungry to make an impact, and take pride in thoroughly understanding the business objectives and how they map to tech talent needs.
- Data driven, detailed-oriented, and proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets
