Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

- Have good concepts and strategic to manage human resources in accordance with regulations and Labor Laws
- Mastering the aspects of human resource in organization development and communication
- Mastering the aspects of assessment, developing people and regeneration
- Able to manage a HR & GA general function:

- Having a good knowledge about Key Performance Indicator/Balance Score Card
- Industrial Relations (Bipartit, Tripartit, Worker Union, Government, Termination and Resignation etc)
- Training, Education and Organization Design
- General and Legal Affairs, Legal Agreement, N.G.O., S.M.K.3 Audit, etc
- Familiar with the Payroll and Remuneration System
- Insurance (Membership, Claims etc)
- Able to create a conducive atmosphere, protection and a sense of security to the management, company assets, environment and employees
- Insightful, fast response, especially about environment and labor issues

General Requirements:

- 35 years - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology or equivalent
- Having experience at least 5 years as HR Manager Assistant or 3 years as HR Manager in a company with more than 400 employees
- Having a strong ability in organization development is our priority
- Having a good knowledge about Labor Laws
- Having a good practice in people development
- Health, Honest, firm, discipline, responsibility and strong leadership
- Salary negotiation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month
