Job Summary

As a Human Resources Officer and Administrative Assistant with a focus on human resources and administration assistance, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for conducting various HR functions and providing support to the Operations Manager and accounting team. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle the intricacies of HR management while also contributing to the administrative aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources

1. Manage the staff recruitment from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent.

2. Administer and update HR policies and procedures to comply with relevant laws and industry standards.

3. Handle employee relations, address grievances, and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work atmosphere.

4. Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

Administrative Assistance

1. Process invoices, track expenses, and manage financial transactions in collaboration with the finance team.

2. Support the preparation of payroll, including tax compliance and employee benefits administration.

3. Collaborate with the finance team to implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

3. Assist in monthly stocktake procedures and reporting requirements

4. Provide administrative support to the accounts team and Operations Manager

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.

2. Familiarity with accounting principles and experience in financial administration.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Familiarity with BPJS enrolment and reporting

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,500,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Human Resource: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Indonesia (required)
- English (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Bandung (required)
