- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for commercial air conditioning projects in Indonesia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential distributors, dealer ac specialists, engineering dealers, contractors HVAC, architects, developers and end customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers through regular communication and visits.
- Provide technical product support and consultation to dealers to support customers, including conducting product presentations and demonstrations. Also provide after-sales support, including handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, including pricing, account receivable, terms, and conditions, in line with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Minimum S1 Degree in any major with min GPA 3.25.
- Possess general interest in sales, winner mindset, target oriented, innovative, along with "I Can Do" attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership & managerial skill
- Have experience in sales in AC minimum 5 years.
- Willing to be located across Indonesia
