In-House Legal Counsel

**PT. Mahanusa Capital ("the Company")** is a leading Indonesian investment and operating company that has invested in various sectors, including **real estate, mining, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and tech-startups** (technology-focused early-stage companies).The Company is looking for an In-house Legal Counsel with the following Job Descriptions and Requirements**Job Descriptions**- Serve as an in-house legal counsel available for the day-to-day needs of the Company's management.- Provide general legal oversight and advice to the Company's subsidiaries.- Analyze, identify, and manage legal risks faced by the Company and its subsidiaries in conducting their businesses.- Maintain the validity of the Company and its subsidiaries' licensing status, especially the licenses of the legal aspects of acquisition/expansion or divestment including coordinating the legal due diligence process and post-closing M&A integration.**Requirements**:- 3 to 4 years experience in a reputable law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a mining company.- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university.Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
