Indonesian Telesales Marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 1 year in Gaming experience preferred
- 1 year of Telesales Marketing experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Familiar with Marketing tools/elements
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Learn details about our product, promotions and service offerings
- Encourage and communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Manage social media leads to bring in customers
- Monitor potential VIP customers
- Pull out and compile customers' data for daily calling
- Monitor customers' behaviors in order to turn them into potential or VIP players
- Monitor VIP activities and create special lines of communication to keep in touch and convince VIP customers.

- Telemarketer: 1 year (required)
