**The Influencer Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating Influencer's strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives effectively. This position involves leading a team of Seniors, Executives, and Interns, while also serving as a liaison between various departments such as Business Development and Account Management. The role requires a strong connection with KOL and Talent Management.**:
**What You'll Do**:
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead and supervise a team consisting of two senior members, overseeing their day-to-day activities and providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the work of eight executives and interns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
- **Strategy Development and Execution**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Account Management, to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Utilize expertise in influencer marketing to translate client briefs into effective campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct negotiations with influencers regarding pricing, deliverables, and contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with campaign budget constraints and client expectations.
- Develop innovative approaches to influencer selection, content creation, and campaign activation to maximize engagement and impact.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries.
- Work closely with Talent Management to identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships that align with campaign goals and brand values.
- **Market Research and Trend Analysis**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential challenges in the influencer landscape.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Serve as a bridge between different departments within the organization, facilitating communication and alignment on influencer marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
