- Conduct comprehensive analysis of media data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create visually compelling reports that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and meet client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insights and analytics.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships.**
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand client needs and objectives and develop insights solutions to meet them.
- Present insights reports and recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, PR, Communications, Business).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insights, market research, or a related field.
- Strong Research background
- Fluent in English (be able to write and speak in English).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
