As a Junior Sales Associate Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to the overall growth of our customer base. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the export-import industry, allowing you to develop essential sales skills, product knowledge, and client relationship management expertise.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Prospecting**: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and research potential clients in various industries, demonstrating a keen understanding of their export-import needs.
**Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our comprehensive export-import services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits and tailor solutions to meet clients' needs.
**Sales Presentations**: Support the sales team in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
**Lead Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system for effective lead tracking and follow-up.
**Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion.
**Sales Analytics**: Collaborate with the team to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our export-import solutions.
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
**Passion for Sales**: Enthusiasm for sales and a strong interest in the export-import industry, with the drive to learn and excel in a dynamic sales environment.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
