Internal Audit Manager

**About the Job**:
Our client is one of the leading FMCG market leader are looking for Internal Audit Manager to improve their control over the DC nationwide.

That will be focusing more on fraud investigation and control improvement for every branch and Distribution Centre they have.

You will be responsible for risk assessment and quality assurance for the control of internal system. Improvement of Policy & SOP and Audit Fraud Investigation for every Distribution Center.
- Make audit planning for DC Sales operation and give risk rating to based on assessment of internal control analysis, whistle blowing system, fraudulence report analysis.
- Review of the audit program & procedures.
- Review pre audit fieldwork
- Audit fieldwork based on audit program & procedures, audit guidance, and audit rules and give fair & professional judgement.
- Leading a team of audit.
- Make annual audit report for Management to review
- Coaching a new team member

Experience Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Internal Audit area
- Experience in Trading/Distribution industry with specialty of fraud investigation would be a plus
- Experience on leading a team
- High integrity, initiative and takes ownership
- Certifications such as QIA and/or CRMP is a plus
