Farmsco Indonesia is Hiring for an Internal Auditor. You will be working from Serang, Banten.
**Requirements**:
- Strong analytical skills are crucial for internal auditors to assess financial data, identify risks, and evaluate internal controls. Additionally, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Having comprehensive knowledge about SOP/business process, risk management, stock opname and fraud analysis is a must
- Good critical thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions.
- Highly ethical and possess the ability to handle confidential information
- Having professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus
- strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including management, employees, and external auditors.
**Qualification**
- experience in related fields such as risk management
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is often required.
- Fluency in English is preferred (Business Level)
- Able to speak up and take the lead, make the decision independently
- It's a plus if have knowledge in Feed mill
- Having strong logic, analysis, problem-solving skills, initiative, teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, good leadership, and coaching skills
Pay: Rp8 - Rp9 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Serang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Audit Investigator: 5 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (Professional Setting) (required)
License/Certification:
- Cerftified Internal Auditor (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
