Internship - Product Admin

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Product Admin Intern. This role will work closely with our product management team to assist with a variety of tasks related to product development and management.
- Generate Data Reports: Collect and gather the necessary information and data for reporting purposes. Conduct analysis to provide basic insights for the reports.
- Support the Project Implementation:

- Assist in development process documentation
- Conduct testing and document it based on the defined requirement.
- Develop the product and user guidelines
- Work and coordinate closely with product managers and other stakeholders in resolving operational issues
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, business, and product teams on administrative duties
- Work location - WFO: Bandung / Jakarta

**Requirement**
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome or last year of bachelor degree students
- Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem-solving skills
- Have a strong willingness to learn
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and can-do attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) / Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of SQL
- Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium
