- Implement policies related to Industrial Relations & General Affairs to create a safe and conducive work environment for all employees.
- Manage general affairs activities, including office and building management, to ensure smooth operational activities within the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Work Experience: 5 years as Department Head or Manager role
- Work Field: Industrial Relations
- Work Background: Manufacturing
- Skills: Strong communication skills, solid knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law, Rules, and Regulations, strong problem analysis and solving skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills
