General Responsibilities : 1. Review the calculation of employee overtime payments based on attendance data. 2. Support the EHFS Section in the case of Jamsostek claims especially against Work Accidents, according to the procedures applicable in jamsostek. 5. Make the administration of both correspondence to the PT. Jamsostek and hospitals. 6. Perform Process Administration Program SHOP (Mobile Mobile ownership program). 7. Support the recruitment and training programs held by Personnel. 8. Men-support Payroll in terms of completeness of the Administration of employees, especially Non-Staff. 9. Ensure employees have received jamsostek especially on Employee Operations (Non Staff) in coordination with the Payroll. 10. Collecting Data Personnel conducted bi-weekly and monthly in relation to activities Personnel (Recruitment, Training, Employee Service) and do the document storage. 11. Responsible for ensuring all reporting and administration documents are accurate, neatly arranged, accessible and confidential. 12.
