Support operational and business teams in their day-to-day activities.

Analyze data and provide data insights for business improvement needs.

Operate business intelligence tools such as ELK.

Operate data processing tools such as Excel or Python.

Collaborate with the ITOps Business Performance Improvement team.
Minimum of 2-5 year experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Have linear major in bachelors degree such as Mathematics/Information Technology/Physics/Engineer/Computer related

Knowledge and experience in data analysis, statistics, and data modeling.

Proficiency in operating business intelligence tools such as ELK.

Proficiency in operating data processing tools such as Excel or Python.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willing to Work From Office (Not Hybrid)
