Job Responsibility IT Operational & Service Delivery Coordinator Client: IT Operational & Service Delivery Coordinator Client Job Descriptions : Project Management of projects and ensure timely delivery, meeting the KPI set Work with functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of work packages and project Standardize the PMO processes within the functional teams Prepare project communication materials as needed Actively participate in requirements gathering, planning, and meetings Preparing project implementation by creating Project Plan, Project Charter, and Kick-off Meeting Material. Ensuring all projects are carried out based on the scope of work, timeline, and good quality. Able to mitigate possible risks that may happen during the project As Quality Assurance role for all stages and deliverable of Project. Preparing project report and presenting to stakeholder or client Discuss with stakeholders regarding project targets, scope, cost and schedule Working closely with clients, or vendors related to the project. Monitor the project progress Maintain team morale while working on projects Allocate project resources and manage project team Monitor and report on project progress (Track deliverable) Job Requirements : Max 35 years old Minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience in IT network, telco, internet Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Telecommunications, Information Technology PMP certification or PMO experience preferred Able to operate Project Management tools such Jira, Microsoft Project, etc Excellent time management and organizational abilities Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
