Monitor network traffic and log activity to detect cyberattacks and anomalies.
**Configuration and Management of Security Devices**:
Design, configure, and manage device security, including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Fortigate firewalls.
Deviation security devices work according to company security standards and policies.
**Risk and Security Assessment**:
Conduct network infrastructure risk assessment and identify areas requiring improvement.
Provide security recommendations based on risk assessment.
**Handling Security Incidents**:
Respond to and deal with detected security incidents quickly and efficiently.
Analyze the root causes of incidents and take preventive steps to prevent them from returning.
Develop and implement appropriate IT security policies to protect company data and systems.
Monitor compliance with security policies.
**Monitoring and Improvement**:
Monitor the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity and technology.
Seeking and recommending innovative solutions to improve network security.
**Security Training and Awareness**:
Provide security training to staff to increase cybersecurity awareness.
Serves as a resource in educating users about good security practices.
Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Network Security, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years' experiences in the related field for this position.
Experienced in designing, configuring and managing firewalls and other security devices such as F5, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Fortigate.
In-depth knowledge of IP segments, network architectures and related protocols.
Ability to analyze and deal with security incidents quickly and efficiently.
Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM will be a plus.
