We are looking for an IT Support with Customer Service Oriented Experience to help our ambitous growth in Voucher Business. You will be involved with :


Computer System & Networks : Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks include System Troubleshooting, and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications Replace parts as required Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) Various Departments : With HR, Support the roll-out of new joiners (accounts and profiles for new users) With Developers, Helping developers Test and evaluate new technology (if needed) SLA : Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time using JIRA Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Minimum Qualifications:
Min. 1 year experience at similiar role, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply Min. Diploma graduate Good in English, both oral and written Understand hardware, software, & network
