Persyaratan

**Requirement**:

- Minimum S1 all major background (preferred in Information technology)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think analytically.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with end-users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple support requests simultaneously, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Familiarity with using ticketing systems or customer support software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be available for on-call support if required.
- Preq. Knowledge: English (Oral & Written)
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience on Software Testing and Training

Tanggung Jawab

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and professional assistance to end-users, ensuring a positive support experience.
- Keep end-users informed of the status and progress of their support requests.
- Accurately log all support interactions, including details of issues, troubleshooting steps taken, and problem resolution in the

ticketing system.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base, including creating support articles and FAQs to assist end

users with common issues.
- Identify support requests that require escalation to Level 2 or other specialized teams and provide detailed information for a

smooth handover.
