Identify problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail

Diagnosis and Investigation any issue occurs and communicate incident to stakeholders

Resolution and recovery any issue occurs

Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Maintain a record of all work efforts in the service desk system to provide quantitative measures on system performance
Bachelor degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer and Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related majors.

Have at least 1 year working experience (freshgraduate are welcome to apply)

Have knowledge about master Microsoft operating system

Able to work with quick and precise analysis when there are complaints from users about the computer

Understand computer hardware components and how to assemble them

Understand about wired and wireless network topology

Able to repair the network immediately

Understand viruses, malware & spyware

Advanced how to solve devices related to computers, such as printers & scanners

Ability to communicate clearly, timely, and professionally with both technical and non-technical users
