**Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards and guidelines.
Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for a variety of audiences, including end users, developers, and stakeholders.
Create and maintain user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and other technical documentation.
Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, including planning, drafting, editing, and publishing.
Conduct thorough research to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and review documentation.
Implement feedback from stakeholders to improve the clarity, consistency, and usability of documentation.
Utilize content management systems and version control systems to organize and track documentation.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas to enhance product documentation and user experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and etc.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Google Sites) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
Have deep understanding of SDLC, Application development and testing
Familiar to follow work flow of a system from start to end
Willing to Work From Office (Not Hybrid)
