Japanese Speaking Key Account Manager

The company is a fabric manufacturer with more than 12,000 employees in Indonesia. This position will be managing a prestigious Japan based Apparel company. You are expecting to manage 10 subordinates.

**Job Scope**:
Full process management including:
Creating cost budgets
Receiving orders
Responding to delivery timelines
Urging business development (BD)
Controlling APP sample development progress
Monitoring bulk production progress

Handling quality exceptions by:
Promptly initiating factory investigations
Developing improvement strategies
Timely customer communication
Maintaining good communication
Minimizing negative impacts and losses

Managing order execution:
Swiftly addressing factory and customer needs
Driving production based on customer timelines
Ensuring on-time order delivery
Early warning and proactive customer communication
Mitigating negative impacts and losses in case of potential delays

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak and write Japanese in a business level
- Able to converse in English OR Mandarin
- Experience working in Apparel or fabric industry
- Able to manage a team of 10
- Working visa will be provided if needed

Pay: Rp80,000,000 - Rp100,000,000 per month
